THE GOAL
The Goal of Celebrate Men Residential is to provide an accountable and affordable Christ-Centered Transitional Housing Program for Men

THE PURPOSE
The purpose of the Celebrate Men Residential Transitional Housing Program is to provide a level of accountability and a place to further develop necessary life skills, while at the same time providing residents of the program a safe, clean, harmonious, drug and alcohol free affordable housing. This will provide residents the stepping stones needed to help them successfully re-enter society as a disciplined disciple of Jesus Christ.
PROGRAM APPLICATION
Celebrate Men Residential is a 12 month live-in transitional housing program. Men that desire to be accepted into the program must complete an application and submit it to the Celebrate Men Residential Executive Director, P.O. Box 2976, Hagerstown Maryland 21741-2976.
PROGRAM ACCEPTANCE
Your acceptance into the program is based on program success and relapse potential, spiritual growth and commitment, disciplinary issues, church and recovery program involvement, ability to get along with others, attitudes, goals, employability, availability of housing space, etc. All Celebrate Men Residential Residency Team decisions will be considered final.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Part of successful independent living requires the ability to responsibly manage one’s personal finances and to make timely payments of one’s financial obligations. Financial integrity is a necessary and important life skill. To be adequately prepared for the future, you will need to build a solid foundation in finances. Each resident will be assigned a financial advisor to assist them with their financial affairs.
PROGRAM FEES
Each resident pays a monthly program fee of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350). For each month that a resident pays their program fee in full by the first day of the month, they receive a credit of one hundred dollars ($100) for securing adequate and safe housing upon the completion of the program
